The Indian School of Business has created a “Young Leaders Programme,” which will offer pre-admission for promising undergraduate students to ISB’s one-year Post Graduate Programme in Management. Students will be selected based on individual evaluations, coupled with analysis of academic and analytical skills, GMAT performance, essays, video presentation, and personal interviews.
Those chosen will be required to work for at least a year and nine months before entering the program. While they are working, they will attend programs at the ISB campus every six months to help them network, build leadership skills, and explore career options.
